Print-on-Demand (kein Lager, keine Vorfinanzierung) oder Eigenlager mit höherer Marge. Diese Entscheidung bestimmt alles Weitere. Print-on-demand (no stock, no upfront cost) or own inventory with a higher margin. This decision drives everything else.
2 · Shop-System2 · Shop system
Angebunden an ein bestehendes System (z. B. Shopify, Stripe Checkout) oder selbst gebaut. Für den Start reicht meist eine schlanke Anbindung. Connected to an existing system (Shopify, Stripe Checkout) or custom-built. A lean integration is usually enough to start.
3 · Zahlung & Versand3 · Payment & shipping
Zahlungsarten, Versandzonen und Portokosten festlegen. Für Österreich und die EU gelten unterschiedliche Steuersätze. Define payment methods, shipping zones and postage. Austria and the wider EU have differing tax rates.
4 · Rechtstexte4 · Legal texts
Ein Shop braucht zusätzlich AGB, Widerrufsbelehrung mit Muster-Formular und Versand- und Zahlungsinformationen. Impressum und Datenschutz müssen erweitert werden. A shop additionally needs terms and conditions, a right-of-withdrawal notice with model form, and shipping and payment information. The legal notice and privacy policy have to be extended.

Verbraucher in Österreich und der EU zusätzliche Pflichten — insbesondere das
Fern- und Auswärtsgeschäfte-Gesetz (FAGG) mit 14-tägigem Rücktrittsrecht sowie
Preisauszeichnung inklusive Umsatzsteuer. Diese Texte sind noch nicht Teil der Seite
und sollten vor dem Start juristisch geprüft werden.
